Main pedestrian street Národná with lot of budget meals is 3 minutes on foot, it leads to Mirage Shoping Center with McDonald's, shops and cinema. Transport hub makes it easy to visit attractions. Apartmán je neďaleko mesta Žilina (10 min.autom), ponúka veľkú kuchyňu, útulnú obývačku a krásne okolie. Apartmán sa nachádza v novostavbe, je plne vybavený (umývačka riadu, kávovar, atď.), je zariadený novým nábytkom a súčasťou je aj priestranná terasa, na ktorej sa nachádza plynov. gril (pre hostí je zadarmo). Súkromná vírivka sa nachádza v miestnosti, hneď vedľa apartmánu. Cena za vírivku je 35€/4h/deň. K dispozícii je aj detská postieľka. Pri pobyte nad tri noci hostia dostanú darček.

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Modern apartment in the very heart of Žilina is the best place for a visit to the city. It is suitable for couples, friends, individuals or families with children. The apartment is 3 min walking distance from the historical center and also 3 min to the shopping malls. The transport connection (train and bus station) is approximately 4min walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the center, it is a quiet and spacious place.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
