It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The cottage has WFI and car park at the side . It is situated in the beautiful valley of Quernmore on a working dairy farm.

In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
