We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house is yours to yourself!! Quiet friendly neighborhood with spacious backyard and off street parking. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

The Bird's Nest Loft is located in the historic Canton Laundry building. Built in 1890, it began its 70 year history as a laundry in 1935. FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

Farmhouse suite - Pool!

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy Brick House- Ft. Wayne, IN - 2 beds, 1 bath

Cozy Brick House is located just off Interstate 69 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This two bedroom, one bath will provide you with a multitude of amenities. Only a couple miles down the road, you will find yourself in historic downtown, surrounded by great restaurants and activities. Hikers and bikers will be happy to find trails such as Eagle Marsh very close by. After an exciting day of exploring, enjoy the serenity of the outdoor space and screened in porch.

This spacious property is ideal for family gatherings and group events. It features six bedrooms, five of them have queen beds and one is a king, three and a half bathrooms, and a large basement equipped with a ping pong table and dart board for entertainment. We recently added a sofa sleeper in the basement for more sleeping options. sleeps 14. Two living large living rooms with plenty of seating.
