This beachy cottage offers all the charm with plenty of space, in a quiet area with a huge property. This is a family home that we enjoy with friends & family year-round. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. You will have 100 acres of private land, family owned since 1818. Creek access for fishing, canoeing, etc. Come and unplug in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the Cheasapeake Bay or the Atlantic is a short drive away. Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

A short drive from the galleries and harbors of Onancock, it’s an intimate hideaway for solo getaways or a romantic weekend for two. Even though this rental has a fenced area, dogs must remain leashed while outside due to the close proximity of free-range livestock on the property.
