Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay... Sofia's Garden cottage is located 1 km from the center of Ulcinj. Nearest beach is Valdanos, 2km. Very quite place,surrounded with olives. We have a free WiFi, a parking garage, big garden, outdoor dinning area. Chirping of birds in the morning is so relaxing... you will see there cows and sheeps aroud. Our small cottage is very peaceful, its 90% handmade by the owner. Check in time after 11:00. Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. Beaches and kite-surf beaches are 1-2 km away, Ada Bojana is 4 km away and shops/restaurants are all within 1/2km.There are two A/C (one in bedroom 1 and hall for bedrooms 2/3) +Washing machine. +Optic net/cable TV

Beautiful cabin near Ulcinj and Bar,surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region.The cabin is located on the main road,in a very beautiful and quiet place between green olive trees. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Charming Villa with Hot Tub - Greenscape Village

The place where you will forget the stressful days and enjoy the beautiful greenscape. "Greenscape" is located in a beautiful quiet village, its the perfect place for you to relax and have an amaizing time with your loved ones. Everything you see is homemade, the wood decorations, the small little details. The land is big and its all for you. Its filled with olive trees, downstairs there are fresh vegetables, and some beautiful chickens that you can feed and play with, if you like.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

We live in on a beautiful place surrounded by nature and green grass meadows near dream like woods , where you cant be distracted from everyday city traffic and crowds. Our house is located only a couple hundred meters from the most beautiful 12 kilometer long sandy beach in Europe, namely the famous Long Beach, and of course you can visit it by foot. We like to think that we live in paradise and we are inviting you to visit us and see for yourself.
