House was great, pretty nice area surrounding the home. Host always responded when I had questions.

A great place to stay. We were in town for a tradeshow at the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Great proximity to the venue with all amenities nearby. Very Nice kitchen area and utensils if you are in to cooking for yourself!

Philip's place was just what the dr ordered. the location was great. The lake was great. All of it was great. It's a walk out basement but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely planning on booking this spot again.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

The location was great you’re in walking distance of so much and it’s a quick drive to the convention center. Definitely will book again.

The house is spacious (inside and outside), beautifully decorated, and in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Denver. Being next to the park was perfect for walking our chocolate lab. Jennie was a magnificent host making our stay care free and most enjoyable, including a special welcome. We hope to come back again!

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and clean the space was. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. We loved hanging out in the outdoor area, and the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Kevin's place was great! Easily accommodated two families with kids and a quiet place to recover after a busy day exploring Denver's parks and museums.

Great location, No car needed to get around and see Denver. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

If you enjoy luxury experiences then you’d be cheating yourself by not staying here. Very vibrant street he lives on. Walking distance from Union Station, less than a minute walk. Very secure building with door people. Friendly neighbors. Pool popping with people having a good time. Everything was a described. Leaves you water in the fridge and idk if the beer was for me but he also left local beer. Don’t cheat yourself by staying somewhere else if you’re looking to be downtown.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in! Everything was just as it was listed and just a really beautiful spot! Will definitely come back!!

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!
