Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City is about 35 minutes away. Riverside Casino is about 15 minutes away.

Our home offers two bedrooms and one full bath with laundry. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and sitting area while bedroom 2 can be configured with 1 king or two twin beds allowing flexibility for your stay.

Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.

This recently completed new construction ranch style home is located in a quiet and relaxing new subdivision on the southwest side of Washington close to the fairways and greens of the Washington Golf and Country Club.
