We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was cosy and clean, peaceful and quiet. The furnishings were tasteful, and with a full kitchen and relaxing lounge space, we felt right at home. The heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. Situated right across the road from the New Brighton beach, we embraced the beautiful sunrises. We recommend this as a great spot to stay.

Kate was very helpful and friendly. House was perfect for what we needed, well priced and tidy.

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

Great location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but the apartment is very well located and has great views of the city.

This is a fairly new apartment in a small and unique block of 10. It was such a treat to stay and relax in, well presented and well equipped. I would stay again without hesitation.

Highly recommend Carolyn’s place. Without doubt the nicest air BnB we have stayed at during our New Zealand holiday. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and in a great location it really felt like a home from home. Feel really fortunate to have stayed here whilst Akaroa experienced a few days of very rainy weather. Hope to visit again one day!

Amazing little haven in ChCh! So loved waking up to the city views 🙌 it was great location for mountain biking as well. Very friendly hosts, everything clean and lovely.

This was a very clean and comfortable unit directly opposite Hagley Park, which is perfect for anyone that enjoys morning/evening strolls. A nice little feature of the apartment is that the dining area is part of the balcony, which has double sliding doors. This means you can sit and have your meals while viewing the surrounding area. There is even a couch on the balcony if you prefer to put your feet up! The host was really friendly and pretty much quick with communication. 10/10 for customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

I booked Jo’s place for my parents to stay when they came to visit from overseas. I could not have possibly found a more perfect home away from home for them. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed, clean, and comfortable. And the views!! Jo and Lance were ideal hosts - always friendly, informative, responsive, and available. Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.
