Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Kelomökki Kuksa, luontoa rakastavan erähenkinen mökki Tapojoen rannalla. Juokseva vesi, sisäwc, sähkölämmitys, puukiuas ja wifi käytössäsi. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Ylläksen laskettelurinteistä ja muista palveluista. Kalastuspaikat, marjastusmaastot ja hiihtoladut ovat kaikki lähellä. Takapihan jokeen pääsee kesällä pulahtamaan, rantaan kulkevat pitkospuut mökiltä. 200m päässä Äkäsjoki, 15min ajomatkan päässä yksi Euroopan parhaita lohijokia Torniojoki. Modern log villa on the beach, no light pollution

An escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life awaits you in our idyllic tupa-sauna on the shore of Muonionjoki. This is my own design, self built. The cozy and traditional log cabin offers a unique vacation in the lap of nature. There is no disturbing city lights or sounds. Enjoy complete silence Enjoy the gentle steams in the wooden sauna and a refreshing swim directly in the river. You can see the northern lights right from the terrace or in bed. In the fall even swim as they flare.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Levin Äspen

A newly built spacious cabin with warm ambiance and picturesque, serene surroundings. Only a short 10 minutes walk to the Levi village and ski lifts (1 km) and a very comfortable accommodation for 6+2 guests. Skiing, hiking and snow scooter routes close by. Cabin is available in Dec-Jan on a daily basis and Feb onwards on a weekly basis (Friday-Friday). Please note that, due to asthma in the family we are unable to accommodate guests with Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals or pets

Winter Pintes is a spacious, modern holiday home in Joiku Resort, completed in 2024 on the lakefront of Äkäslompolo. Expansive glass walls and a high ceiling frame views of the Ylläs swing and surrounding fells. The terrace with a private jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

Viihtyisä, kompakti ja ekologinen minikoti sijaitsee järven rannalla aidossa ja tavallisessa pienessä Lapin kylässä. Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. Tämä mobiili minikoti sopii hyvin myös pitempiaikaiseen vierailuun, joten jo pelkkä majoitus on kokemus aktiviteettien keskellä. Kylpytynnyri lisämaksusta, tällä hetkellä ei käytössä.

You can enjoy and relax in this unique destination. In this cottage, there is hot tub where you can see sky full of stars and Northern lights. Inside the cottage, there is original Finnish sauna. Pallas-Ylläs nationalpark about 1hour by car, and Levi ski resort 20min by car. Near this cottage, there is lots Natural paths and snowmobile roads. In the shore of cottage , there is real Lapland Hut, where you can enjoy camp fire. Husky and reindeer tours 15min by car Elves village 15min by car

KORPI -keskellä Äkäslompolon kylää

Syksylle 2021 valmistunut mökinomainen ja viihtyisä rivitalohuoneisto on erinomainen tukikohta lomille. Huoneistolla on keskeinen sijainti, joten tavoitat mm. kaupat, ravintolat, safariyritykset ja välinevuokraamot helposti kävellen. Lentokenttä- ja junabussilla pääsee lähes pihatielle. Myös skibussipysäkit ovat yhtä lähellä. Huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle ja toimii mainiosti myös mm. perheiden käytössä. Liinavaate- ja pyyhesetit voi halutessa tilata erikseen 20 e / hlö / varaus.

Traditional Lapland Cabin

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Rauhallinen mökki, sähköt on, avanto, latu 100m

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki sijaitsee Ounasjoen rannalla. Joen takana siintää Aakenustunturi. Mökissä on lämmitysmuotona sähkölämmitys, puuhella, sekä takka. Sauna lämpiää puilla, joka sijaitsee myös samassa rakennuksessa. Kulku saunaan on terassin kautta. Vesi saunaan haetaan joesta sankoilla ja lämmitetään puulämmitteisesti saunapadassa. Kohteessa on oikein siisti ulkovessa, jossa ei ole lämmitystä. Avanto joessa auki talvella.
