This is probably the tenth time I have stayed in this accommodation. Everything was as expected. I like the location, the check-in is easy. Very good communication with the owner. Thank you.

Super endroit pour se poser à Tirana! Dans Blokku et à côté du lac… pleins de restos et cafés top juste à côté et franchement à max 20 minutes de la place Skanderbey ! Logement super confortable à tout point de vue… airco partout qui se réglé au 1/2 degré près! Les lits sont parfait et enfin des draps en coton! (Pas si fréquent en Albanie) Quel bonheur!

The apartment was exactly as described and was in a great location, 12 minutes from Skanderberg Square and buses. There were plenty of bars 9would recommend Si Dielli) and restaurants nearby. Perfect for 3 days in Tirana.

This is a nice place to stay though not close to the Qender. It was perfect for what we needed and comfortable.

The best experience ever. We were received by Antonio. He was very kind. All the who received us were very friendly. The landscape is gorgeous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious We felt at home

Die Wohnung von Albi ist gut gelegen, mit einen schönen zwei Seiten Balkon von dem sich ein toller Blick auf Meer und einen Teil von Saranda ergibt. Sie ist durch den großzügigen Balkon und dem 7.Stock auch sehr luftig, was an heissen Tagen die Wohnung sehr angenehm macht. Der Hausverwalter „IGLI“ ist omnipräsent ohne aufdringlich zu sein, d.h. bei Fragen stets verfügbar. Der Cappuccino und die Croissants im Café mit dem großen schönen Gummibaum und deren freundlichen netten Betreibern ist sehr gut.

We were so satisfied with the appartement, that we decided to extend our stay there. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Jorgo was very pleasant. Got Answers within minutes and helped us with any issues we had. Can honestly fully recommend the Place.

Amazing place to stay, easy to find and access. View is amazing and close to nice places to eat. TV is huge for the evenings and the Jacuzzi with the view made the place 100% worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Durres.

The apartments are clean, secure and in a really good location. For the price they can't be beat. There were also some sweet details around the house such as free coffee or Rakja. Thank you.

The accommodation was really wonderful, it immediately felt like home & you have absolutely everything you need. You could reach everything by foot and the Check-in worked without problems. All in all just an amazing place to stay and to explore Tirana🤩

We had a great weekend stay at this apartment in Tirana. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Sheshi Skenderbej and close to plenty of great restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Flavio was a very helpful and responsive host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartments - it’s in fact two apartments connected by a joint entrance. This means two kitchens, two balconies, two restrooms. The apartments are in the fifth floor (elevator is currently broken). It’s 45 minutes by foot to the old town but there is a very nice traditional restaurant on the opposite side of the street and a beach club right in front of the apartment complex. There is public parking spaces in front of the building, no private or dedicated parking spot, but we found a spot every day. Very clean, very modern. Nice view over the city. Communication with Alba for Check-in was very easy.

Good apartment with a very nice interior, and a good balcony! It’s very close to the beach and not too far away from the city, i would recommend staying here!

Чудові апартаменти! Все було ідеально чисто, готово до довготривалого перебування і квартира обладнана всім необхідним! Розташування теж дуже хороше, навколо повно магазинів, декілька метрів до пляжу. Є багато місця для паркінгу автомобіля. Особливо вдячний помічниці господині яка допомагала нам впродовж усього перебування, вирішувала усі наші проблеми, радила цікаві місця! Ця поборож була незабутня!

Emiljano was a responsive and friendly host. I didn't meet him in-person, but I met his dad. Even though my bus delayed by an hour, his dad still patiently received me and even gave me some home grown lemons from his garden. I highly recommend this property. it's beautiful and private. Great for both vacationers and digital nomads. Thanks so much for hosting me, Emiljano & family. I look forward to be back again!

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

The place is not easy to find, the parking lot is a disaster but there is a nearby pat for park for 5 euro a day. The apartment is on the 7th floor, the elevator was broken for almost 2 days due to no fault of anyone. Lena was very responsive and gave us updates. She was very open to suggestions about how to make guests feel better. We stayed 10 days for dental work in the area. The coffee houses and lounges downstairs are great, there is a grocery store, bakery, right outside of the entrance along with several restaurants. The city traffic is busy a chaotic sometimes. The city center is a 15 minute walk, the apartment is in great location. The only thing was missing is the dryer option. There is none, only line dry. You need your own detergent.
