You can walk, bike, or run on the Bosque Trail outside your door or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. Enjoy New Mexico's quiet starry nights in a comfortable queen brass bed. Brew your own coffee, black tea or herbal tea and add cream, sugar or honey. Your kitchen has a full refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. If you enjoy cookimng, there are sharp knives, oil, butter, vinegar, and spices.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Enjoy pristine nature in our off grid, 1bd attached apartment, nestled high in the mountains on a private road, surrounded by pinon and city views. Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away. The Sage Guest House is a modern adobe surrounded by sage and desert willows. Convenient to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, The Sage is located on an acre of natural landscape adjacent to our residence in a quiet area of the charming Village of Corrales. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, quail, roadrunners, and goldfinches are abundant all year.
