Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, b, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.
