Seaside Casual Summer/Fall

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Enjoy breathtaking views of lake, mountain and ocean! Summer sunsets will leave you ready to book your next stay. Basic pantry essentials and ample cookware allow you to eat in while enjoying the view! French press, Keurig, and drip coffee options available. WiFi and two smart TVs will keep you in touch with your life outside of this paradise. Fire pit is available in the front of the property. Having lived in Unalaska/Dutch Harbor for 30 years, we live in the other side of the duplex.

Raven's Roost Lodging - Parkside House

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Private Cabana in The Flats, Kodiak, AK

Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

The balcony has views of the famous 3 sisters mountains & ocean. Located 3 min from the downtown & brewery. 12 min from the airport and salmon fishing rivers!

A Mill Bay Beach Escape - Spacious Home

You are steps away from beaches decorated with sea glass, where whales breach, otters play and eagles soar. Our spacious accommodation is nestled near spruce trees and offers a spectacular view of the ocean, right from the dining table. Spend your days walking the endless nearby trails or adventuring along the coast in our complimentary kayaks. At a day’s end, relax on our porch or settle near a campfire. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean surf and wake to a sunrise over the water.

Fisherman’s Cove

Climb aboard and get cozy in this beautiful little “village house” in the heart of town. This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout. Amenities include WiFi, television, washer, dryer, propane stove, selection of coffee, teas and everything a single or couple needs to stay comfortable & relax during your stay in Kodiak.

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Snag Point Bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 5 beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dish network cable, Roku Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle (additional parking on side).

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

Pearson Place

Welcome to Pearson Place. This home is private, well maintained, clean, and includes all amenities. This house has one queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a single mattress for more than one occupant. Conveniently located within walking distance of D&J Car Rentals, Stelling’s Gas Station, and the local tavern The Willow Tree. Downtown Dillingham is just a mile away and the airport is a two mile drive. Pearson Place is ideal for visitors and commuting professionals.

Naknek River Cabin - King Salmon/Naknek

King Salmon, Alaska is the gateway to Katmai National Park, to the best hunting and fishing in the world. Naknek is home to a world class commercial salmon fishery. The cabin is located on Lynx Loop, about half-way between King Salmon and Naknek. Hello! We are excited to offer our place to you on this amazing island! You will have a private entrace with an electronic key code that leads you into a cozy 1bedroom apartment. Walk downtown within 8 minutes to enjoy sights of the harbor, board your charter boat, stock up on fishing supplies or just stroll the town to get a bite to eat. The brewery and cider house are are located even closer if you wish to enjoy a cold drink after exploring the island.
