Both rooms and the living room features amazing views with the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building in the background. Rooms have 1 Queen and 1 Full Size beds. This 100% unique loft is located on a quiet non-through street that runs into Tompkins Square Park. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Private office pod overlooks the living room. This is an authentic, hand-built E Vill loft in a small, 2-family building. You will find nothing else like it in the neighborhood.

Most people come here for Shabba the Cat 🐾, but I’ll be your host, Maia! I live in a 2-bedroom condo in the heart of the East Village and offer a cozy and small, private bedroom in my apartment. The space is comfortable, homey, and full of character. I can’t wait to host you—mi casa es tu casa! ✨ Please note: Shabba is very much part of the household. If you don’t love cats, this may not be the right fit.
