Alto Palancia : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

Una estancia muy agradable para una despedida. Frederic siempre muy atento para todo, amable y dispuesto, incluso nos adecuó el sofá para una noche que éramos más personas. Una ubicación fenomenal para pasar unos días tanto en la casa como en el entorno tan agradable que la rodea. Cerca de zonas naturales para disfrutar y pueblos muy bonitos. Sin duda repetiremos.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

Una experiencia maravillosa en un lugar encantador, alejado de los grandes destinos turísticos de España. Ideal para disfrutar en familia, con los abuelos. La casa es impecable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. El entorno es muy seguro, en un pueblo que muestra vestigios un gran pasado y que hoy está en pleno proceso de revitalización. A solo unas cuadras de la casa, hay varios bares acogedores y, a poco más de 15 minutos, se pueden encontrar excelentes opciones gastronómicas. Además, los centros urbanos están a menos de una hora de distancia. Este destino es perfecto para quienes desean escapar del lujo de Marbella, y quieren pasar unos días en familia. En verano el calor puede ser intenso, los anfitriones nos proporcionaron dos ventiladores que hicieron que la casa no fuera tan calurosa y siempre estuvieron presentes y demostraron su preocupación por las distintas situaciones que podían acontecer, haciendo nuestra estancia aún más agradable! Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

le logement correspond au photo et à la description. Il est idéalement situé : à 100 m d'une boulangerie très correcte, à 300 m de la grande plage, à 600 m du Mercadona, à 100 m d'un loueur de vélo lowcost super sympa et surtout dans le secteur des anciens pêcheurs qui est extrêmement typique. La chambre est à l'arrière du logement et donc très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

L'appartement est environ à 10 mn à pied du métro Xativa, donc très rapide d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Très bien équipé, tous les ustensiles utiles pour la cuisine, lit confortable. Petite terrasse très agréable. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec le chauffage mais Slawomir a été très soucieux et s'est démené pour trouver une solution. Il nous a aussi donné beaucoup de conseils et de bonnes adresses. Le quartier est très sympathique, animé. Un supermarché Consum juste à côté. C'est parfait pour visiter la vieille ville à pied.

Zeer vriendelijke hosts die snel reageerden en bovendien super flexibel waren! De accommodatie was top en de locatie ook; veel te zien op loopafstand en lekkere restaurants om de hoek. We zijn verliefd geworden op Valencia dus komen zeker terug, en zouden dan weer voor deze accommodatie kiezen! Bedankt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement impeccable ! Très proche des commerces de proximité et de la cité des sciences. Environnement très calme. Hôte accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Merci pour cet accueil, nous avons passé un très beau voyage !

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

Apartamento con todo lo esencial y muy nuevo. Todo lo encontramos en perfecto estado y funcionaba correctamente. La ubicación es buena, en una planta baja de una urbanización con unas zonas comunes geniales para niños, y al lado de la playa. María Jesús ha sido muy amable tanto a la llegada como a la salida.

nos encantó el apartamento, disfrutamos mucho las vistas, aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo, pero el momento de estar nos sentimos como estas casa, y los detalles. pensó en todo hasta nos dejó una bienvenida refrescante. muchas gracias 😊

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Un très bon accueil direct de la part d'Antonio accompagné d'un apéritif apprécié. Logement complet (les fournitures en cuisine et salle de bains sont un exemple du genre) très propre avec la plage et les commerces accessibles en quelques minutes tout en ayant un accès direct à la route de Valence sans oublier les transports en commun Nous recommandons fortement.

El alojamiento está fenomenal, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Es tal cual las fotos. El trato de Antonio Luis es estupendo, muy agradable y atento. Todo resultó claro a la llegada y nos explicó todo fenomenal, además de ser muy flexible!

Jose es un anfitrión amable y eficiente. Su apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en la playa. Volveremos!

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
