There is also a seating area overlooking the canal where you can watch the boats go by . There are many wonderful walks straight out of the door so a great place to bring your dog or your bike

It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.
