Wendy's house was well furnished, equipped with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the kitchen, enjoying an evening in watching tv, or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. This house has you covered. For our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), we had two master bedrooms to choose from (one in the basement, one upstairs), and plenty enough space for the kids to spread out in the great room, or their own private bedrooms with good sized beds. The kitchen is modern with a great aesthetic, and the house is well furnished with great decor. We love their style! We felt right at home in this cozy neighborhood, and our host kindly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and to reach out if we ever had a need. We're repeat customers because this house has been great, both in the past and now. Coming back this year felt just as cozy!

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

The Cozy Corner in Ankeny, Iowa is the perfect home for family to gather together! Our family came in from Oklahoma, North Carolina and Pennsylvania to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Grand View University. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to any store or restaurant you could need. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful pluses such as a beautiful deck with a gas grill (propane provided), a hot tub and a heated pool. The home has five bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, a garage and spacious gathering spaces including the kitchen. We had the BEST time enjoying each other’s company and sharing meals!! Adam was wonderful in his communications with us and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future! It was the perfect weekend.

Our family enjoyed staying at this house for Easter. We loved all the games and spacious places to hang out and relax. Definitely take the time to walk the trails behind the house.

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

If you have to go to Des Moines, can’t beat this property for proximity to the airport and comparable price to the hotels. We have visited DesMoines for a few years and I wish I would have found it sooner !

We had to find a last minute replacement house for a family wedding. The home was amazing and will be our go to when we need a place in Des Moines!

We have stayed here several times as it is very close to family but still gives us our own space. Never had any issues. Be sure to have breakfast at Sweet Oaks just a block away!

I loved the feel of the home! Was able to accommodate my working schedule with a small office and a fully fenced in yard for the puppies! It had a lot of space for the dogs to roam and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. David was super responsive and I felt right at home.

This was a great place for our long weekend getaway. It was close to the Covered Bridges and a few other things we were interested in doing. The house was very clean and bright and had everything we needed. We contacted Lindsy for one minor item and she responded quickly and took care of it immediately.

The Trailside Inn is a fabulous addition to our AirBNB stays, conveniently located to nearby towns, great pricing and a huge space. This historic home has all of the amenities you could think of, it has plenty of rooms and space for a large group. Cup of Joy right next door is a fantastic coffee place that is convenient and affordable, check it out during your stay! The house was built in 1902 and has a ton of charm, my toddlers believe “someone else lives there” and saw “ghosts” which was a fun spooky addition to our stay 🤣. We would gladly come back when visiting the local towns again!

Another great stay at this location. We visit this area each year with several friends to ride our bikes on the Racoon River Valley trail. This is a perfect location to access this wonderful trail. We have stayed in more than 25 Airbnb rentals and this is still in our top three favorites of all time. Three bathrooms is such a blessing with lots of older bike riders. The kitchen and dining areas are excellent for meals and evening cards and other board games. The place couldn't be cleaner from top to bottom. The beds are super comfy and the neighborhood is so peaceful, quiet and safe. What more could you ask for! We love this place and couldn't find a nicer host anywhere in the world. We plan to continue to return here annually for our Iowa biking adventure.

What a beautiful welcoming home. This place was fantastic! The location was ideal and everything we needed to have the best Thanksgiving. We loved all of the space and privacy this lot had and the dogs loved it too! I come across a lot of places that seem to be missing the necessities you need for a comfortable stay, but this place has everything you could ever need. Thank you all for being great hosts!
