Only a 30 second walk for the most amazing views & sunsets over Lundy Island or enjoy a glass of wine under the stars around the fire pit…

Pip's Hut - The perfect coastal country retreat.

Our beautiful hut is set in a four acre field which has views over the neighboring countryside to Dartmoor, just visible in the distance. Adjoining the field is two and a half acres of untouched woodland, home to numerous birds and animals, including deer which often wander into the field on still evenings. This cosy space is fully en suite with a woodburner, Hypnos mattress, underfloor heating, fridge, hob, table, chairs and fire pit. It is the perfect retreat from our busy & hectic world.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, yet just a 5-15 minute drive to supermarkets, beaches, towns villages, we have a very small campsite on our small holding that has a really chilled vibe. Broad Park Campsite consists of 10 tent pitches, (Tent pitches closed Oct-Easter) 2 camper van pitches and 2 Shepherds' huts. (Also see Delilah hut on Airbnb).
