The bathroom has a tile walk-in shower and large vanity. *HOA requires tenants to be 55+, no exceptions. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PLEASE.

To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
