Close to I-40 (3 miles), yet far enough away that it doesn't feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Less than 10 minutes from Amarillo where all the amenities of “city life” are available.

Enjoy this cozy, unique, and tranquil getaway. It’s 575 sqft/ 1 1/2 blocks from Route 66. Sits back from the street at the end of a long, double wide, steep, driveway. There’s trees on the property. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

Two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, full kitchen with all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a private fenced yard with patio. A city park, across the street, has tennis and pickleball courts, a kids playground and splash pad.
