Boolarong - Iconic Architect Designed Beach House

Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

If you are looking for a great little beach house, centrally located at Point Lookout, then our house is perfect for you. At the end of our street, there is Bobs convenience store. Point Lookout beaches are all centrally located to our house and after a swim in our crystal clear waters, you can rinse off in our outdoor shower, before relaxing on our large rear deck. Close by, enjoy the stunning views at the iconic Straddie pub or walk the Gorge and maybe see some marine and wildlife.

Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

The space has everything you need for a fully relaxing and rejuvenating holiday - a cut above the rest. The stylish pool is seconds away as is a small gym. This is a great place for couples and families (with young kids). There is a roll away single bed in the cupboard, a portacot and Ikea high chair.
