Kaitlin and Craig's place has spacious living area, it was perfect for my family. It was very well stock, which was great. And my kids loved the toys that were included as well. We recommend this place.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Tucked into a historic downtown Anchorage neighborhood, this little jewel of modern design blew me away. Let’s start with the location. I’m from Anchorage, so I’m picky about where I’ll stay—and this was perfect. It snowed in April, and the neighborhood fell quiet under a soft cover of white. We left our rental car in the heated garage and walked downtown—15 minutes to the Captain Cook Hotel, 25 to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Back home, we kicked off our boots in the mudroom and walked up to a spacious, beautifully designed apartment. Heated floors, high ceilings, and elegant decor made it feel both modern and warm. The kitchen was spotless, practical, and easy to use, with thoughtful touches throughout. And the host, Liz, was wonderful—gracious, stylish, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. While the entrance is on a wide alley, it’s easy to find. This place is the real deal. You’ll be glad you made the call.

This was our third stay at Joey’s “Cozy Ranch House.” It happens to be the perfect size and location for our particular group. We love the hot tub; and the living area is very comfortable. And Joey is very helpful.

This is a gem on AirBnB! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Honestly a better experience than a 4 star hotel! If you think you need something I promise you the host has thought of it for you. If you do find something amiss the respond quickly and handle it. For me and my family we would stay here again anytime we are in Anchorage.

What a perfect home for a family to stay in Anchorage. We really loved the location with a backyard and across from the playground and coastal path. The house itself is fantastic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay including board games and books and thoughtful extras like a basket of cozy blankets next to the reading chair in the living room, bear spray, and bikes. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and they provided great local advice. We appreciated the clear instructions for arrival and departure. Everything was easy to find and there’s even laundry. We hope to stay here again in our next visit to Anchorage.

We were in much need of some rest and relaxing, so we did stay indoors quite a bit, the surroundings gave us the peace needed to do that. When we did venture out for some shopping it was very easy to get downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Have booked Joe's place on multiple occasions for several different employees. Always pleased with the stay. Host is always responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described and even the kitchen was very well equipped. It only took us around 10min to get to downtown. Thank you!

An absolute favorite of mine! This place is perfect for when I’m staying in Anchorage for work and need to be a walkable distance to downtown. Teresa goes above and beyond for her guests! Her place has everything you could need, and some really amazing additional touches and amenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to be a regular! Teresa is so accommodating and friendly. The heated garage, yoga mats and exercise equipment, fully stocked kitchen and coffee supplies….*chef’s kiss*

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. The only thing that could improve the unit is a bench by the front door, but other than that, this was perfect. You are close to shops and the neighborhood is quiet. Kirstyn was very welcoming and the unit was pristine. The beds are super comfy too.

Excellent Stay! Helpful host, very clean, beautiful unit, great views and excellent location! All amenities one needs! All in all, top shelf experience and host, would rent in a second a recommend completely! We hope to be back soon!

From the extra special touches and amenities to be incredible hospitality of the hosts, this is definitely our favorite place. We stayed in all of Alaska. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Even had things like an oscillating fan to help dry the wet ski gear and the unexpected bonus of Disney on the smart TV:-) We were able to cook all of our meals without a hitch in the well equipped kitchen as well.

This is my Alaska home when I’m in Anchorage for work! I love this place. Perfect location, you can walk to downtown (slight uphill) and to watch the sunset on the patio is beyond words. Can’t wait to come back in the late summer.

He is by the best host I’ve had since getting into this app, it was my first stay and it was great. Clean and had no residual orders, or stenches of any kind. The area is peaceful tucked away from main roads. Had no hassle with neighbors everyone was to themselves. This my first stay and would recommend anyone Eddie’s spot to those who need a get away weekend.
