Situated approximately 2 miles from the quaint, historical village of Edzell in Angus. The Gate Lodge is a quiet and peaceful location from which all of Angus and beyond can be explored or where you can relax with family and friends to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful rural surroundings. The cottage has a lovely sun lounge/dining area which looks out over the garden, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and games room. There is a climbing frame in the garden and we are pet friendly.

Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
