We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was spotless upon arrival, and it’s clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, whether for dining, shopping, or sightseeing. The home was also impressively well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra linens—making our stay seamless and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place to any family or friend looking for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Princeville at The Plantation. Our condo was so clean and had all the amenities. We had an amazing view off the lanai of the mountains surrounding Princeville. It was a great place to have our morning coffee and soak up the beauty of the island. If you are looking to spend time at the beach everything you need is included, from beach towels, chairs and snorkeling equipment. The pool and hottub were a great way to wind down after a day out. Eric was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I look forward to our next stay.

The Cliffs is even better than it looks in photos! (I was a bit worried it'd be worse as most are, but it truly blew my expectations out of the water!) In fact, I canceled my reservation next week in Poipu and hope to come back to The Cliffs! I saw whales almost every day from the huge ocean front lookout high up on the cliffs, it was, quiet, safe, in an ideally centralized location to get to SO MANY huge, uncrowded beaches! And Hanalei Bay (10 min drive) is an ideal place to learn how to surf in addition to having a lot of wonderful local eateries. (But Hanalei streets floods when it rains, so it feels much better to be up on The Cliffs!) I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Absolutely loved this spacious timeshare. Check~in was fantastic and informative. Lots of extra activities to enjoy as well as live music by the pool, bike rentals as well as pickleball and shuffleboard . Saturday at 4pm was live music and free Mai Tai’s. Great experience and the lodging had plenty of clothing storage, large bathrooms with an equally large dressing area. Make-up mirrors, full length mirrors, ironing board and washer/dryer. Lanai was huge.

Location, location, location! After exploring the island a bit I’m so glad we stayed where we did! The view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach was absolutely perfect. We even took surf lessons right at the beach! It was an absolutely gorgeous location and we would stay here again.

Our stay in this condo was what made our trip so wonderful. It's only a few steps from the pool and a quick 1-2 minute stroll to the beach. The lanai in back is absolutely beautiful and really private. We loved having breakfast and dinner out there while listening to all the tropical birds in the morning. You can even hear the waves. Would highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful place for my family and I! We decided to spend a few days on the Princeville side of the island and I could not be more pleased that we were able to. Hanalei Bay was just a short drive away and in the summer, the bay is very calm. My baby was able to play in the water and soft sand, and my big kids were able to jump off the pier at Black Rock beach and snorkel in the water. The condo itself was roomy and the kitchen was nice, the lanai was perfect for drying off and spending time chatting with the family. Even though we chose not to use the AC we were very cool with the ceiling fans going (but we are acclimated to warm temperatures as well) and were very comfortable. While there isn’t a beach nearby, the pool and amenities at the resort were nice enough we were still feeling spoiled in Hawaii even without the water nearby.

Amazing stay for our island hopping!! So grateful for Shirley opening up her home and being such an amazing and attentive host! 100% would recommend for anybody looking for a little getaway for vacation :-)

We had an amazing stay at Viet’s. It wasn’t just the beautiful interior and view of the ocean, but they had anything we could have needed for our trip to Kaua'i. Binoculars, beach chairs, beach towels. The Cliffs has amazing amenities and has different activities / vendors throughout our stay. Best of all, Viet was timely in her responses and thorough if we had any questions. If we came back to Kaua'i, we would definitely stay at Viet’s again!

Perfect place to stay with a family! The condo was well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach gear, board games, cooking and kitchen ware, and was comfortable and clean. The host gave tons of good local recommendations. The community pool is nice and the condo is super close to the beach! Would love to come stay again!

Joel's place was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The perfect spot for a family with small children - who may need an mid day nap. It also has nice lanai with a garden view of the neighborhood. Overall a solid spot in you're staying in Princeville.

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was perfect for me and my little family. The place had every amenity and convenience that you could think of and our host was terrific. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back.

Jolie & Stephen were superstars! Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they shared local recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. The check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home thanks to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, beach supplies , washer/dryer, AC and other amenities. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this house! It is in a great location to walk to beaches, the lanai makes you never want to leave, the beds are comfortable on the outdoor rock shower is beautiful! Even though there is no air conditioning the breezes and the fans help keep you comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any concerns. We would stay here again!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben es sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet..Manch Dinge (wie die Insektennetze, Pfannen/Töpfe sowie andere Kleinigkeiten..) könnten mal erneuert werden. Zudem wurden wir des Öfteren mit großen / kleinen Käfern und anderen Insekten überrascht..Wir haben dies Juliana auch erst zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes mitgeteilt, da es nicht extrem gravierend war (da wir tagsüber auch viel unterwegs gewesen sind). Juliana hat die Punkte dankend entgegengenommen..Mahalo Juliana!

amenities galore - the athletic club is incredible for swimming, exercise, lunch, and all sorts of court sports. gardens and property in general are stunning and so well kept. location is very central. beach attached to plantation is beautiful. the condo is well stocked with beach toys, plenty of towels, and 2 very clutch beach bags that made life way easier. laundry facility is extremely clean and easy to use (a bit expensive but whatever, no complaints given the cleanliness and convenience). bed and pillows were super comfy. on top of all that, hosts were wonderful. communicative and helpful! only real downsides but didn't bother us: no ac, furthest building from beach/gardens, and the interior finishes are not updated but everything is nicely furnished and well maintained.

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

Loved staying here! Was extremely clean and quiet. House was so lovely. I’m not sure how but the house was even better in person than the pictures! So much natural light comes in from the huge picture windows. All of the beds and furniture were so comfortable and lots of beach supplies if you have kids. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.
