This is a fully furnished residential apt. at the lower level in a house. Only the "kitchen" (on the main floor) will be shared with me. You will be occupying the unit downstairs and I, the one upstairs. Near parks, lakes, eateries, shops, the silver lake beach, downtown Mpls. The perfect location that is SUPER quiet yet near everything! Reminder that this is a "1 guest/person" unit rental. NO Exceptions will be made and the booking will be cancelled if 2 guests are present at check-in.

A comfortable and skillfully crafted upper level apartment and 10 acres to roam, this loft has an open landing and private bedroom with queen size bed and heated bathroom floors.
