Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres with lake view off of a small lake(not accessible). You'd be booking the lower level of our 2 level home. Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
