Visit a fun(ky) stay in my uniquely decorated two-bedroom townhouse nestled in a cul-de-sac near Berwood Park. Enjoy the tranquility of nature with easily accessible hiking trails just steps from your door. Bikes are available free of charge. My townhouse is ideally located for exploring the Twin Cities and beyond, with St. Paul just 15 minutes away, Minneapolis and the MSP airport 20 minutes away, White Bear Lake is only 7 minutes away, and Stillwater + Hudson are just a short 25-minute drive.

Enjoy all four seasons of Minnesota. Whether it's spending the day on the lake boating, swimming, or fishing in the Summer, enjoying the beautiful colors of Fall, exploring on the many miles of snowmobile trails or ice fishing in the Winter, or simply watching the migration of a variety of birds in the Spring, the Laid-back Loon is your go-to destination for family fun. The Twin Cities is only 30 minutes away - where you can include world class dining, sports, and entertainment during your stay.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. Coffee included. Please, come and enjoy a stay. If the entire dates for your trip are not available, I recommend a hotel for part of your trip. Thank you.

The Mississippi river offers pontoon boat rentals ($) to use at your leisure thru "your boat club" The Bowline Apartments also offers use of community amenities such as bicycles and paddleboards to give you a fun and memorable experience during your stay!

Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
