This is our 70 sqm2 1 bedroom flat which is has a beatifull balcony. In this flat kitchen and living room are connected each other. We provide a high speed internet. In living room there is a sofa and also could be a bed. P.s: we can add extra bed. -Vera Suites is 2 minutes away from Konyaaltı Beach and near all cafes&restaurants. -We provide free weekly cleaning for more than 5 days reservation. -We have a reception and a security service 24 hours. Oldtown-Kaleici most luxurious suite 1

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
