Our log cottage on beautiful Blue Lake in Kalkaska County Mi is a wonderful place to stay. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. You will hear the loons calling through out the day. The cottage sits on 100' of lake frontage. Blue Lake is an all sports lake that also connects to two other lakes-North Blue to the North and Little Blue to the South. ATV trails and snowmobile trails are just down the road from the cottage. The area also has many golf courses, wineries, and casinos.

This “Up North” cottage on Clam Lake is perfect for a family vacation (sl. 8). Bring your boat and jet skis to enjoy your days on the water. Torch Lake is only a 5 minute boat ride from the cottage. You can enjoy the use of 2 kayaks, 4 tubes and 1 stand up paddle board provided free for guests. Summer meals on the deck are the best! The raft in front of the cottage will be a favorite amenity. 1 window AC in living area and portable fans in every room. You will want to return every year!

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. BOTH COTTAGES BOOKED TOGETHER -SLEEPS 8 Cozy 1 bedroom cabin with kitchen, bath and a living room/sleeping porch with a sofabed -sleeps 4. Larger 2 bedroom cottage -sleeps 4 adults+. There are 2 decks, firepit and a dock on the water. *Please do not book if you are looking for a "hotel" experience. These are old fashioned lake cottages.*
