The Bear Trap Tiny Cabin

The Bear Trap Tiny Cabin is on 10 secluded acres of hard woods and shares the property with two other cabins. The Bear Trap sleeps up to 3 people in its studio, cabin setting with a twin over full size bunk bed. It offers Wifi internet, smart TV and also a half size kitchen with standard kitchen items a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a communal kitchen available for our guests that offers a full size kitchen, laundry and a hot tub that is shared amongst a second cabin on the property.

We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets.
