Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

You are only: 20 min from Mohican State Park 20 min from Snowtrails Ski Resort 20 min from MVNU 25 min from Kenyon College Cozy up with a book by the fire or spin a vinyl with a glass of wine. Enjoy the lake with provided kayaks and be sure to bring your fishing pole. Soak in the hot tub and roast marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit.

Bent Canoe Farm Guest House

This is a late 1800s farm house on my family farm. It has been fully remodeled and infrastructure updated but retains the simple architecture of the period farm house. Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. Includes a fully furnished kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. The wrap around porch overlooks the river and surrounding pasture. Enjoy the secluded, quiet, pastoral setting.

Historic Carriage House

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

A beautiful log cabin located in Berlin Ohio, the heart of Amish Country. Nestled beside an 8-acre pond with an open dock and adirondack chairs. The outdoors offers other relaxing options like soaking in the hot tub, putting on the putting green, sitting under the pergola with the gas fire pit, swinging on the front porch, or grilling on the patio. Or you can head indoors and relax on the massage chair, play a game, or watch something on one of the 4 TV's, or simply take a nap.

Private cabin tucked in the woods, adjoining Mohican State Forest Enjoy a peaceful getaway with easy access to hiking, canoeing, and Mohican area activities on the quieter, more secluded side. Unplug and enjoy the natural setting Please note: The cabin is accessed via a walking path with steps, including stairs to the front door and an open staircase to the loft. The driveway is uphill and gravel, accessible by all cars in Spring, Summer, and Fall

Arrowhead Ridge Off-Grid Cabin #2 No hidden fees!

This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.
