No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

The Lodge at Viewley Hill Farm

Viewley Hill Farm Lodge is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroomed wooden lodge on a working farm. Situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting, the lodge has stunning views of the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. Guests can enjoy a range of walks in the local area including some that can be accessed directly from the farm. The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.

School House is the perfect base for a lovely holiday or rest in beautiful North Yorkshire. Complete with an enclosed garden, it is spacious, peaceful and calming. Lovingly restored during lockdown, it is a happy place to be. Within easy walking distance is an excellent coffee shop and an equally excellent pub. Quaker Lane

This recently refurbished modern Airbnb is attached to our home. Either host will be available during your stay. The small kitchen / diner is at the front of the property. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

It consists of a double bed, kitchenette, tv, WiFi, sofa bed, table & chairs and an en-suite bathroom with power shower. There is outdoor seating on your private patio too! All towels and bed linen are provided. Please note - our Hornby pod DOES NOT have a hot tub.
