Just Our charming “Rainforest Haven” is a home away from home where you can enjoy some peace & relaxation. Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature, or walk a few minutes to the beautiful coastline and roaring waves of Shelly Beach. It is a bright, clean and cosy space with all the comforts of home and rainforest at your window. The space has been designed for practicality and ease - it is our intention that you feel as comfortable as possible while visiting our beloved town of Port Macquarie :)

Sandy bottoms - Hat Head Beach & Creek Escape

Perfect for the family holiday, the adventurer or those wanting a relaxing getaway. Swimming, fishing, surfing, bushwalking or just chill. The stylish beach house has front and rear decks, perfect to put your feet up and enjoy a beer or glass of wine after a long day at the beach. A private pool for that chill factor! The house offers a huge 18m x 4m under cover BBQ area (with Webber Q BBQ) and entertaining/ Alfresco dining area. Lots of extras including single lock up garage, WI FI and Foxtel.

Creekside Farmstay

Bird Song is on fertile farm land on Kinchela Creek, only a few kilometres from Hat Head and South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast. It is only 10 minutes from Pacific Highway and an ideal stop over point or relaxing weekend. Our farm house has panoramic views across the country side and creek. The guest house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is adjacent to our house on an elevated deck which surrounds the swimming pool. Our farm has cows, horses, dogs, free range ducks, chickens & turkeys.

About this home: This studio is a large self-contained room with your own keyed entry and is separate from the main house. Come and go as you please. So swim, fish, walk or rest! North Haven is half way between Sydney and Brisbane.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
