The Hatch Farm is an off-grid river front working farm with chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, mini horses, cows, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs! Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Bird Song is on fertile farm land on Kinchela Creek, only a few kilometres from Hat Head and South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast. It is only 10 minutes from Pacific Highway and an ideal stop over point or relaxing weekend. Our farm house has panoramic views across the country side and creek. The guest house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is adjacent to our house on an elevated deck which surrounds the swimming pool. Our farm has cows, horses, dogs, free range ducks, chickens & turkeys.
