Snowgrass Farm Stay is a unique gem, beautifully situated in a small valley, 20 minutes from Leavenworth and 5 to Plain. This newly built apartment sits above a garage and overlooks Snowgrass Farm, which produces certified organic vegetables and fruit May through October. In the winter months outdoor adventures abound as we are on a forest service road with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding, all accessed from your front door. The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.
