Situé au bord du lac, donc très central, mais calme. Grâce aux trois grandes fenêtres cintrées, la vue est la meilleure que l'on puisse espérer à Orta ! Les vues, l'emplacement et l'intimité sont uniques ! Il convient aux couples, aux aventuriers solitaires et aux amis à quatre pattes. Garage privé à 200 mètres.
