Micheal is a great host and the property is exactly as described. My husband stayed and really enjoyed his time. Michael also had incredibly helpful information about Armidale airport which was closed when my husband arrived enabling us to make alternative plans to still get him there. The small touches to the property are noticeable. Thank you

Helen’s house was in a great location; close to the cbd but very quiet. House amenities were very good with everything needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Helen went out of her way to check that we were happy. Highly recommended.

We had such a beautiful and serene weekend away, even despite the wet weather! The property was amazing and we enjoyed the indoor fire with the cold weather. It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants while still feeling worlds away. Thank you for opening your amazing space to us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orto. From the breakfast hamper with home baked treats & local produce to the fresh flowers, range of reading material & cosy fire - Phillip & Donella are friendly, generous hosts who have thoughtfully curated a very special place.

We absolutely loved staying here. Emma is a wonderful host and easy to get in contact with. It had everything we needed especially because we were there a little longer than expected. The home was clean, tidy and no clutter and everything worked perfectly. Having a washing machine, dryer and a big stove was a life saver for us.

Lovely cottage, clean, stocked with home baked bread and biscuits , milk, farm eggs, bacon, tea coffee etc. Great view, lots of bird life. Very high standard of linen. And unusually, lots of fire wood , Thanks Gwen.
