The property is a few miles south of Brookings, SD or 41 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD. You can watch the sun set from one of the 3 decks. Pool table, poker table, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, and two docks on the property. The public beach and Kattails Bar and Convenience store is 300 yards away. 3 night minimum. This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.
