During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two bedrooms: queen bed, twin over full bunk bed. There is also a twin hide a bed in the living room. Large open concept living room/kitchen/dining room. Laundry room, full bathroom, large yard. Situated between Sandpoint and Coeur d'Alene, near Lake Pend Oreille and Silverwood Theme Park. Quiet area, off the beaten path and access via dirt road. Lots of wildlife!

The quant town of bayview is just 1.4 miles down the road to check out the restaurants, stores, or rent fun water toys. Silverwood is just a 20 min drive.
