We had a nice stay here. We really enjoyed the hot tub, short walk to the beach, and being able to bring our pup. The space was clean and designed well. It was nice being able to use the beach chairs in the garage. At one point we messaged John about a potential issue, and he responded and rectified it quickly. Overall we would definitely stay again. One thing to note if you are considering staying here: this is a condo on the first floor. If someone is staying on the second floor, you will hear some noise from them, including their foot steps. There is also some noise from the cars driving on Ventnor Ave. We're usually sensitive to noise, and we weren't really bothered by either, but it's something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, beautiful and a great location. Emily’s instructions were clear and she was always available. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Cindy's place was just what we needed. It was in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and Cindy was very accommodating, friendly and it felt like a home away from home.

We needed somewhere that would accept pets as we have a 5 month puppy and this place was excellent to accommodate us and our 15 year old son and puppy. The view was beautiful and everything was within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and dog! Everything was super clean and such a close walk to the beach! We had packed supplies for the house and none were needed as everything and some was provided! Dawn was super nice and great at communicating to us! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Needed a last minute booking to Shane’s place and it was well worth the price. Ended up entering the wrong residence but Shane and the other locals seem pretty tight-nit and pointed me in the right direction. Street parking is a disaster but luckily there is a lot across the street for a fee. Seagulls and ants aside, pretty relaxed experience.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have an enjoyable stay every time! Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, and is a great location for a weekend away.

Nate was a great host! The location and the view can not be beat and the house was extremely comfortable. We greatly appreciated the welcome care package-nice touch and Nate was very accommodating and responsive to our request. I look forward to future stays!

Loved our mini vacation

We had an awesome stay! Spacious with beautiful views! Directly on the boardwalk. Perfect spot.

I'm a repeat visitor and always leave happy. Recommend the property 10/10 times. Apartment is on the floor with the ice machine. Also a 7'11 up the street is convenient. A live band bar across the street and a diner right down stairs don't even have to leave the building to access it. This isn't a guarantee to anyone, but this morning at 10am we counted seven dolphins swimming across. The view of the ocean is magnificent and relaxing.

Everything was great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Room had all the amenities you need and was easy walking distant to most places. I had a couple questions checking in and Kendall responded within seconds. When you've got all this stuff going on and don't really know where you are, that was super helpful.

Great small condo in a pretty good area with everything you could need right on the boardwalk. Much quieter, cheaper, and cleaner than some of the casino hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time with my girlfriend. The place was amazing and the view was beautiful will definitely come back soon

Beautiful ocean view! Perfect for a quick getaway with my husband and 11 year old for spring break! Maggie was super responsive to questions we had. Check in/out was easy and security staff was super sweet. Easy parking. I could imagine being here in the summer, just a few short steps to the beach! Definitely a sweet spot that you shouldn’t miss!

everything was great!!.the stay was comfy..clean and quiet..the view is amazing great places to eat and just wall the boardwalk to the casinos...great bday weekend..would definitely come back again

Liza was an excellent host and her place was perfect for a beach getaway! It is located in a wonderful complex just steps from the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is walkable to many great restaurants and takeout spots. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful home, great amenities and very nice host. Location was a plus close to the boardwalk but also far enough for peace and quiet.

The condo was perfect! Stocked with everything you could need or may have forgotten! Lots of little touches that made you feel appreciated and welcome. Heather was communicative and proactive, checking in periodically without ever feeling pushy or obtrusive. It's close to the beach, has private parking (which is huge in OC in season), clean, and well stocked. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location with direct access to the ocean. The town of Brigantine is quiet and quaint. We enjoyed our time at the ocean and walking around the town. We hope to come back again.

Tim and Vicky’s was comfortable, well-equipped and a great location with views of the ocean and the bay. We stay in OCNJ every year and have never had a house so well appointed with everything you could need for the beach and your stay including paper towels, garbage bags, very nice linens, pack n play and more. There’s minimal closet space but they have hangers and LOTS of hooks which is super nice for bathrooms. Rooms are very bright so if you have little ones you want to sleep just bring a blanket to drape. Would def stay here again.
