My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Lake Superior Cottage

This historic log cottage was originally built in the first part of the 1900’s as one of the early fishing camps of Shelter Bay. Over the years there have been numerous modern improvements, but much of the rustic charm, such as the large stone fireplace and the low ceilings and exposed rafters of the second story, remain…and the character does too. The shoreline is stones and boulders which make for lots of action and adds to the aesthetics that come from the sound of lapping waves.

Bring a boat to moor at the dock, rent some kayaks or paddleboards delivered from Da Yak Shak to explore the lake! We have one camera located on shed pointed at driveway, it will be active during reservations and records for up to 120 seconds after activated by a motion sensor

Kitchen also has coffee pot, filters, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and so much more.
