unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Am Rand von Steyrling liegt die Wohnung mit Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km.

Fahrräder für die Heurigenfahrt, Boote für Fluß und See und gibt's von uns frei. Und Josephsbrot, die wirklich gute Bäckerei mit Cafe gibts im Dorf! Susanne ist Jugendcoach.
