O lugar é ok. Eu como sou alérgico percebi que o Lugar não está a bem limpo. Os anfitrões são super amáveis.

Elmas hanım rezervasyonumdan konaklamam bitene kadar son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlü yaklaştı. Evin içerisinde her şey var. Çamaşır makinesi, ütü, süpürge vs. her ihtiyacınız mevcut. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Benden önceki misafirlerde maalesef bozulmuş. Elmas hanım sipariş vermiş ama henüz gelmemişti bundan dolayı kendi evindeki saç kurutma makinesini getirmeyi teklif etti. Ev tam Avanos merkezde. Merkez içerisindeki her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Göreme'ye ise 15-20 dk gibi sürede gidebiliyorsunuz.

It was a wonderful stay. Waking up to the balloons was amazing. Yagmur was very prompt and responsive and we were taken well care of. The place was clean and lovely with all the necessities provided. The vibe of the place with the view and the lights at night was even better. We loved our stay here and would recommend it highly.

This is the accommodation I found during my trip to Turkey with my family. There was no shortage of dining utensils for 7 people to stay and cook. Also, there are 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. Above all, the surroundings are quiet and the host is so kind. He kindly told me everything from the balloon tour. I didn't have any worries during my stay. It's all 10-20 minutes away when you travel by car. If you have more than 7 travelers like our family, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Photos are accurate but when you see it with your eyes - it is amazing and unusual. Clever planned space, warm and cozy. Good location: many showplaces are near. Restaurants, groceries (and tekels) in 5 minutes walking. Great place.

Urgup is the most convenient base for visiting Cappadocia, and this apartment was perfect from every point of view. Spacious, clean, heated, with a large equipped kitchen, convenient parking in the street and a huge garden, artistically and originally cared reflecting the artisanal and folkloristic spirit as the interior spaces. The peace and silence are absolute, decentralized from the village but a few minutes from restaurants, shops, and markets. Hacer was hospitable, friendly and always ready to give directions, advice, and pleasant surprises. A fantastic person for a place absolutely recommended

Fuimos un grupo de 4 y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Teníamos coche por lo que movernos a Göreme, al área de los globos y a los valles era relativamente fácil y nos quedaba todo relativamente cerca. El pueblo de Ürgüp también es buena zona, con muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El alojamiento era como en las fotos, la limpieza implecable y la verdad que perfecto para 4 personas con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Por último, Bülent es muy amable, nos recibió y nos explicó todo lo necesario al apartamento y estaba atento en todo momento y respondía mis mensajes muy rápido. Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Bülent y volvería sin dudarlo.

We had a wonderful stay at Zarife's place. It was perfect for a family of four, in the heart of Göreme. It is clean and well-equipped. One can easily walk to the town and its shops and restaurants. Zarife is friendly and helpful.

Daire, Avanos yolu üzerinde, kolay bulunabilir ve ulaşılabilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Hem binanın önünde hem de sokağın karşı tarafında araç park edilebilecek birçok alan var. 70-80 metre mesafede aradığınız birçok şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir market mevcut. Kendinizi evinde hissedebileceğiniz, her şeyin eksiksiz, düzenli ve samimi olduğu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Yağmur Hanım check in saatimiz öncesi tüm detayları bizimle iletişime geçerek paylaştı. Özelliklerde de belirtildiği gibi asansör bulunmadığı için 2 kat çıkarak daireye ulaşıyorsunuz. Daire ve mobilyalar yeniydi, içeri girdiğimizde bizi ikramlar karşıladı 😊 Bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi gibi uzun süreli konaklamalarda kolaylık sağlayacak imkanlar mevcut. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir eksiklik hissetmedik, Yağmur Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

It was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect — close to the city center, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and comfortable stay near the city!

Very big house in a quiet zone, near Göreme centre. A lot of restaurants near. Supermarkets and bakery store very near. The house is very clean. Internet very fast. Osman is very good person and helped us with everything. Thank you very much!
