Ev görsellerden cok daha güzeldi,çok güzel bir deneyim geçirdik. Fazlasıyla büyük bir ev,büyük arkadaş grupları veya aile ile konaklanabilmek icin gerçekten çok idealdi. İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Hızlı bir şekilde tüm sorularımız cevaplandı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! There is everything you need for a short or a long stay! Thank you very much!

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Highly recommended to anyone looking to relax in nice apartment close to public transport plaice was really clean. Wonderful cozy apartment in a very nice area of ​​Istanbul. Everything in the house is done with soul and for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, good towels, cleanliness in the house. Lots of space and light, beautiful interior. On the first floor of the building there is a very good restaurant where you can enjoy Turkish breakfast. Perhaps, because of the restaurant in the house it is a little noisy in the morning, but this is not critical, after 23.00 it is already quiet. The apartments are located near the center, you can walk to the Sultanahmet area (45 minutes), if you prefer to get to the center by transport - there is very convenient transport accessibility, 2 minutes from the house of your choice - a bus stop, a high-speed tram stop and a ferry pier. There are many cozy cafes and restaurants in Balat, narrow streets, cobblestone pavement. The apartment is located near the embankment, you can walk to the Galata Bridge. We will be happy to come back!

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
