It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Quiet, cozy cottage centrally located between Franciscan, Bethany, & West Liberty Universities! Two BRs boast one queen bed, one full, & a comfy sleeping couch in LR. Lots of natural light for reading, writing, & relaxing. Excellent restaurants within a 5 mile radius & many more slightly farther away! River access in downtown Wellsburg is just as close with plenty of nature trails and outdoor spaces in every direction! Star Lake Pavilion, Brooke Hills Park, and Oglebay within 1/2 hour.

Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. We loved restoring this space as a family, and we hope that you'll feel equally at home playing games or sharing meals here with your family and friends. Centrally located less than 1 mile from FUS, Kroger, and local restaurants, and only 13 miles (17 min) from Star Lake Pavilion. The vaulted ceilings and original chimney make the home spacious and cozy. We love living in Steubenville and we hope that staying here enhances your visit to our hometown, too!

Secluded Tiny “Ginseng House” Artist Retreat

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. One very comfortable queen bed in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Gibson House!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
