Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. This modern unit backs onto the beautiful Maribyrnong river. So enjoy your morning latte strolling a long the Maribyrnong river pathways and we highly recommend stopping at 'middle child' cafe for that coffee. Tram stop 58 is directing across the Rd which provides easy access to the city and footscray station. You are within a 2 minute walk to local shopping centres, cinemas and restaraunts. Prime Location.

Clean, new and spacious townhouse! Please enjoy ~ Very modern interior and exterior home with 2 bedrooms and very large upstairs kitchen and living room. This home is very close to a bus stop (1-min walk) and a 30 second walk from a bustling plaza, convenience stores and a serene park with lots of parking space available. All essentials are available in the house to make it as comfortable and convenient for our guests after a fun day :)
