La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Appartamento di 60 mq totalmente ristrutturato e arredato a fine maggio 2018 in stile marino. Composto da zona giorno open space, camera matrimoniale e cameretta con 2 letti, bagno con doccia con cromoterapia, secondo bagno di servizio, ampio balcone e garage privato. Situato in zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde, dista 5/10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Presenti wifi, smart tv con Netflix, aria condizionata, microonde, piano cottura a induzione, phone, biciclette, ecc.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Nous sommes immergés dans la campagne toscane, au milieu de nulle part, mais près de tout! Nous sommes basés sur une belle colline entourée de 30 hectares de vignes et de plantations d'oliviers. Notre lieu est l'endroit idéal pour visiter tous les principaux moments de la Toscane! Nous sommes entre Florence (35 min) et Pise (30 min), Lucca, de la mer, des régions viticoles, San Gimignano, Volterra ...

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Great place in the middle of Tuscan Hills, you will be sorrounded by nature but close to all the beautiful cities of Tuscany! We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
