The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Enjoy lazy days on the beautiful beach, pop into the local independent cafes and pubs for a spot of lunch, enjoy numerous coastal walks on your doorstep and fall asleep to the sound of the sea. Grade 2 listed brick & flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position, a private drive, surrounded by fields and adjacent to a working farm. Set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has parking to the front, enclosed rear garden. Booking; Friday-Friday, Friday-Monday or Monday to Friday. G C sleeps six plus cot (baby makes 7) has Wifi and is pet friendly Pet friendly does not mean dogs sleeping in our beds or on our furniture. If you have this dog, G C is not the property for you.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.
