This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Apartment HMM is on the 1th floor in the old stone house so you can feel spirit of the old time. It is renovated in May 2017 ! It is sunny and comfortable apartment with gallery. This lovely apartment is ideal for 2 persons( but 3 persons can fit as well). It's equipped with: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, 2 cable TV´s, air condition,WI-FI Excellently located in the center of Split (but still you can reach it by car) in the old part of Split called Manus.

ABC Apartment is four stars apartment with balcony. It is situated in Bacvice area - 5 minutes walking from Bacvice beach and 10 minutes walking from Diocletian's palace, city center, bus terminal and ferry port. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You cant find a better location for your stay in Split. The train station, the bus station, and the ferry are only 5 minutes away, as is the city center and the most popular Split beach "Bačvice". You can find free parking space in the neighborhood. The apartment is very spaceious with 3 big rooms. The view of the old town and Marjan hill is amazing, and you can choose one of 2 balconies to enjoy it.
