Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Amazing place to spend a weekend or a week with friends or family. The location is close to nature with many wineries, hiking trails, restaurants nearby and the center of Badacsony and the beach just a short walk away. The modern house has four bedrooms with three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a dining room and a covered balcony. The garden features a pool, hot tub, fireplace, sandpit, large lawn to play, picnic and a covered BBQ kitchen with a large dining table.

Enjoy the panoramic views from this fully renovated weekend house. The house is located in a quiet street in Badacsonyörs, where there is not much traffic even in summer. There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. The ground floor terrace offers a partial panorama, while the first floor terrace offers a full panorama of Badacsony and the harbour.

Egy háborítatlan kicsi birtokon áll a Kalácsház. Ideális hely elvonulni és pihenni egy kicsit kettesben. Este pedig a csillagok alatt is fürdőzhettek a kültéri dézsában. Dörgicse egy csendes kis gyöngyszeme a Balaton-felvidéknek, különleges éttermek, Balaton parti programok és a közelben egy old timer múzeum is helyet kapott. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
